Thank you for the response. This is the exact kind of bread I am looking for, maybe even some partially cracked kernels in it. I always love rye bread and am starting to develop a taste for good old German black bread.

Any concerns or wear on the stones themselves?


No problemo!
This mill is easily adjustable by turning funnel, no difference if running or grain in it. Because of that it takes second to adjust it "course" to make partially cracked kernals too.
For household use I believe stones will last million miles.....
