Anything but beef? Everything, with a qualifier. Fatty cuts only. Rib-eye, fatty fish and dark meat chicken for example are in, chicken breast and lean burger etc. are out. Too much protein and it will be converted into glucose. Smoked a pork belly yesterday.
Vegetables? Cruciferous vegetables, leafy greens in small amounts.
