Check out the pricelist....gives you tecnical data and 110 volts models too. Didn't look for dealers in US, there might be one?

Taste is different. When you run mill, flour will smell more for grain than store bread. I'm gonna say that there is as much as difference on taste that there is on a colour. If you like white bread, you might not like this, but if you wanna have grain taste on your bread this is way to go. And fiber, vitamins and what ever should be there... Also this bread is different structure: it is not hard, but it is heavy by the weight and will not compress like soft white bread (what I call "wonder bread" in States :)) Still, compared to our 100% rye bread this is still kind of light.

This mill was easy to get, 6 years guarantee, reasonable price and is relatively fast too + Germans have relatively good reputation... Not big study to buy it, just looked around and picked on.
