NE ND | This has been my experience so take it for what it's worth. I was probably in the bathroom 3 - 4 times a day until I cut out sugar and what I Call "white" carbs. I try to stick to protein and veggies. My bathroom visits are down to one a day at the most and I no longer suffer from continuous heartburn. Also not "hungry" every hour of the day. Eat a meal and feel good 5 - 6 hours.
I will add that I do allow myself 1 square of 85% dark chocolate after a meal. Lindt brand is what I like. Hershey dark chocolate is much higher in sugar so you have to read some labels.
