Subject: RE: the life improvements we enjoy since changing what we eat

East central Iowa

Thank you for posting that much.  I hope to hear more later.

I've changed my diet significantly in one area.  At noon I eat 3/4 of a bag of salad and one hard boiled egg.  Some days I have a little apple pie and some days a chocolate chip cookie after that salad.  I've lost some weight but my intestinal problems have almost ceased.  I don't eat a lot for the evening meal, mostly whatever my wife cooks or desires for that meal.   She likes casseroles, I don't.  She loves pizza and I think it's okay, and I love steak or roasts but she doesn't.  So we have a mix.

Lately I was skipping breakfast and just having an 12-13 oz of coffee, I noticed that I must have lost some weight because yesterday pants that were too tight around the waist were too loose.

But I was interested in how much meat you were eating because I wondered how many calories you were actually getting vs what you were getting before.  I was also interested in the effects on your bowels from eating a lot of beef.  Much as I love beef, too much can cause constipation.

I'll be watching for any additional information you offer in the future.

Thank you again.
