reminda me of the old recipe for fixing carp.. get a nice smooth board,nail one end of carp to the board skin carp carefully to get all hide off, take lateral vein out of the side turn carp and do the other side. Remove head and entrails soak overnight in salt and vinegar solution and spices to taste. next morning throw away carp and eat the board.
