Your welder is designed to run continuously, it will not harm the welder to run as a generator.

Just turn the fine adjustment to 10 for maximum AC power and make sure you have good airflow through the machine.

If you are in the U.S. or Canada, your welder has 2 each 120 volt duplex outlets with 20 amp breakers on each one.

Looking at the manual for the charger, you need 2 outlets with 16 amps each:

If the 2 plugs on the battery station fit your 120 volt outlets, you should be good to go.

Just be sure to service the welder (engine oil, oil filter, air filter, air pre-filter, fuel filter) at recommended intervals.
