I can share an old recipe with you in a little while, little bit pressed for time right now. I'm guessing you already have the venison, other items for my recipe include a 1' piece of pressure treated 2"x 8" and 4 hot dipped 12 d galvanized nails, salt and pepper to taste, get these items together and preheat the oven to 350 and I will be back shortly..................
