I have same thing. They have me taking 15mg of meloxicam daily to keep swelling at bay, but it’s really not doing anything except delaying something more drastic.
It’s not getting better on its own and at 48 the doc is concerned what it will be at 60.
I’ve been taking a cbd gummy at night to sleep and that works really good.
