NNW Nebraska | Friend from out of state asked me if I would adult adopt him.
He is here often. Hunting deer and turkey.
He would then be eligible to hunt elk in Nebraska, at least out of state land owner permit. (Useing some of my acres)
We definitely need to keep the elk population from exploding. 30 miles to the east of me, the elk are devastating. With 1 to 200. They have to fix fences every day, along pivots.
. I have a few elk. A corn pivot, 1 mile away had at least 20 in it this summer.
He has hunting leases on river land where elk are present.
My question is, how would this effect me. Any negative concerns I should be aware of? | |
