I’m not a fan of sweet glazes on a ham. I apply yellow mustard to use as my dry rub binder then use this dry mustard rub:

I smoke on my GMG the same as I would a shoulder for pulled pork. 180* for 4-6 hours then 235* until internal temperature reaches 205*. Let rest in a cooler for at least an hour.
