Reminds me of a septic tank under a garage floor......only failed once :)
They had added a garage to the small ranch style house.
Septic tank was ten feet from the house, owner didn't want to spend an extra nickel
on any thing.
NO relocation.
The guy was super cheap all the way around. 2' stud spaces,3/8 sheeting and more used hog barn
Wood than you could shake a stick at.
One morning the front end of his pickup was about a foot lower than the rear.
