One thing in all bankruptcies is that the JUDGE is god
he has powers that should never be granted to him
and if he says he wishes to force a delivery on a contract .
He can adjust price at his whim . Or what ever he choses to
do and Federal Marshall's enforce his power.
Ask Wayne Crytes what happened 30 + years ago.
