Kankakee, IL | Certain foreign countries raise a fuss about this as it would discolor their soy based foods. I've been told of atleast one caneled shipment because of this.
There was some information several months ago where the incidence of purple stained seed coats has gone up in the 2021 marketing year vs previous years. I believe this is listed as SBOC, soybeans other color. | |
