I think in a lot of areas it is not cost efficient.
Most folks here think nothing about driving 40 miles to the city to get groceries but if there was a $20 charge they would think it is to high.
Of course my wife tells me she is going to the city to get groceries but what she is really doing is driving 40 miles to the Starbucks.
I am not complaining about it as I have been known to drive 20 miles for an ice cream cone.
