Check with a lawyer, but here I believe you could file a producer lein against the crop delivered. There is a certain time frame to do it (like w/in 30 days of delivery in WA st), but the wine grape growers are trying to inform their members about it. Seems winery's aren't paying very quickly or at all in some cases this year.
