I’d just send it back to DJI and let them inspect it. Once done, they will send you a report of what needs fixed and how much it’s going to cost. I crashed mine and messed up the gimble. It cost $100 to fix and they sent me a new set of blades with it. Took about 2 weeks from the time I shipped to the time I got it back.
