New Mexico | where the purchaser cannot pay, negotiates payment, or tries to adjust the price is NOT a viable contract.
We ran into this several times with long term supply contracts during the E build and with Dairy Production Coops too. If the purchaser cannot pay, the contract is null and void.
Amazing how many of the afore supposedly thought farmers were going to supply corn and then not get paid for that.
