No help to your actual question, but you aren't alone in sukup sweep trouble.
I complained about ours since it was installed. You have to be in there pushing it around in beans or it doesn't move. Dealer was shocked at my complaint and swears everyone else loves them. 10" unload and even if you push it in it still doubles your truck loading time and floor augers is hammering away half empty.
Wet bin has a 8" Hutchison unload and its my favourite, pulls itself in well, only leaves 1.5" on the floor, but bit of a pile along the wall. Does keep the 8" reasonably full.
2nd big bin I built has a North Star unload system. It pulls itself in great, but leaves 4" on the floor. Overall I like it as its faster, but its also a bit of work to keep up shoveling behind it. Not much difference in truck loading time when sweeping with this one.
