| Sukup sweep wheel does ok pulling into corn to clean bins but absolutely will not move forward in soybeans. Company has tried three different wheels in the bins we have and admitted that I'm not the only one having issues and also say they have no answers to the problem. I had a GSI floor and unload system put in an older smaller bin and it works fine. The sweep has rubber paddles on angle that will not spin out on the beans. Check out the pics.
My question is, has anyone tried to retro fit the GSI paddle wheel onto the Sukup sweep. I'm ready to give it a try. Just checking to see if it's been tried before I tear into it.
