Central IL | what if the weather does not allow spring chisel and the first time we go to the field is to plant at the end of April? It can be hard to get a seed bed to plant corn out of standing corn stalks if the conditions are not right. Considering the weather we have had the last two springs I cannot believe it will not have some effect on acres.
