NEIN | Thats how I have always done business. I thought that was a given. I always try to play by the golden rule and it works well. So every time I lease a piece of ground I think "how would I like to be treated if I were the owner". I end up treating leased land like my own and in 30 years of farming I've been burnt only once, and it was by a family of convicted felons and drunks where I should have known better. As a landowner and a tenant I can see both sides of the fence. | |
