Don, not in some cases. Some tenants looking for more land like to offer landlords more money than the current tenant is paying them. Some folks enjoy paying more rent, taking land away from others, and bragging about how many acres they farm. I sometimes believe the size of their checkbook gives them self confidence they never had.
