New Mexico | on Everything including imports, non profits, churches, govt spendings etc is the simplest way.
NO income tax...just a national sales tax. Big cos and richer entities spend more than broke folks so it is fair for all.
Takes about a 2% tax to actaually increase govt revenues by approx 20%. ( even dc will figure this out sooner or later )
VAT will be too complicated thus end up with all kinds of special loops for supposed special groups. VAT will just be another unfair screwed up mess like the current income tax.
