"the operating margin on a bushel of corn is taxed": does that mean you will have an income tax and then you would have a tax on what you supposedly sold the grain/livestock for above cost-essentially a double taxation? Or does it mean they decide what the "average margin" would be and then assess a tax? Or would this replace an income tax? Or what? I see so many ways this could go wrong for us it isn't even funny.
