northwest tennessee | One farm that is row cropped went up 20% and over all the ground went up an average of 12.5%. The appraised value went up and the tax rate too. I think they will get really crazy before it is over. I even heard they were going to start taxing the row crop ground on how productive it was. The better ground will be higher and I heard this on the tube. Not sure where it was at though. | |
