I have and aftershokz opencom (the one with the boom mic) Like you we use radios so didn’t want anyone over my ears. I really like the opencom in tractors/combine/sprayer. The volume isn’t super load so it’s not the best while driving truck if you like the windows down or have a louder exhaust. Over all I’d definitely recommend it. It’s comfortable enough to wear all day. And if you do get tired of it over your ears it’s easy to throw around your neck and back up if you have a call.
I have a pair of Raycon Work earbuds also. They have some background noise cancellation. Not great but no probably taking a phone call next to a motor running at idle on a lawnmower or tractor. I use the during livestock chores, mowing, and shop work if I’m expecting a call I can’t miss and. | |
