For what it is worth, I get an audio commentary from R J Obrein every morning and listen when I get time.  This guy thought that while demand continues to ratchet up in China, the likelihood that they were going to use all the beans they were buying is unlikely.  While they may not being buying much more than they use, it was more, and the reason was what you speak of.  He spoke of it a week or so ago..
