NW Missouri | I agree with the others, you need to recalibrate you speed setting. If you don't have a manual, I can scan the pages you need.
I see no need to get a new monitor. A KMPII does a good job if it's set right. Also FYI, the acreage counter can be reset so those acres mean nothing.
When we got our 3500, the last guy had used radar for the speed setting, but it stayed with the tractor. I tried a GPS puck from sensor one, but I must have got a bad one as the speed readout bounced all over the place, so it didn't work worth a crap. I returned it and then got the little sprocket that goes on the drive wheel, did the calibration, and it's been very accurate since. | |
