Oh, he "held out" allright !! Held out his hand for a "hand out" so that the OTHER 49 states have to pay the way of NEBRASKA.. !! I can't, for the life of me, understand how the OTHER 49 states "Senators" (thieves..?) would allow this to happen..(where were you - Sen Durbin, at the Thomson State Pen "sign-in"??)
