Subject: 9300 John Deere fuel bleed back issue.

So we have been having a lot of difficulty starting our 9300 John Deere wheel tractor. I have the dual rail fuel system with transfer pump on back of head. I have clamped inlet and outlet hoses to make sure fuel stays at engine… it still feels as if fuel is making its way back to the tank. I have checked all 3 check valves. All seem to be working correctly. My high side fuel pressure is about 30psi cranking, 75psi idling, 95psi full throttle. Are these pressures low? Anybody can replace parts, I want it fixed! Even starting hot it’s sometimes takes many revolutions to start. The pump is black in color so I think it’s been replaced. Tractor has 7500 hours on it. No fuel in oil. Deer parts are sure getting expensive, $450 for one check valve! I think I should quit farming and start a parts wearhouse!

On a side note our cam and crankshaft sensors are about a year old and already have oil in the connector again!!!!!!
