We have several wicker baskets that stay out most of the time, with books in one, animals in another, etc. Also several smaller plastic totes that are easier to move back to her bedroom, for blocks, lincoln logs etc. 2.5 year old can move a surprisingly large basket of toys out to the living room when she wants to play...seems to not be as strong when moving them back, lol.
