By what I have read you are no dummy.  No one has a crystal ball.  You can only do what make you feel comfortable and safe.  We each are different. 

I personally believe in diversity, Bible tells me it is wise to be diversified 7 or maybe 8 different ways.

I also personally don't like debt.  Borrower is slave to the lender.

Now will I be making the max. amount of money doing what I am doing?  Maybe not, but I think I am following what I understand to be correct.
