South Central Manitoba | Yes, there was major production problems last year because of the drought. This year at least here in Manitoba we are back to our typical water and more water. There are major seeding delays among oat growers here. I still expect most of the acres to go in because of the strong incentive of prices but late seeding of oats means lighter test weight and lower yield. | |
