| I know of gaylon Lawrence. My dads had business with him before. He’s a big time buyer. Real big. Big as they get I think. Whether or not his buying that land will determine the market value I don’t know tho. He sold all his land in Mississippi like three years ago I think?? And I’d heard he went and bought land in Illinois with it but in past three years I’ve seen land in mississippi go from 5500 offers to up over 7500. I don’t think that’ll hold forever but just sayin. I don’t think Illinois has gone up 50% because it’s always high af. However. He is a veryyyy smart man
