Glad you enjoyed it and had it disappear so fast  No the oranges are not cut up just mixed in really well by hand. The corners and ends do tend to get a little overdone until the middle gets finished. It's a little difficult sometimes to get just right. Guess it's just the nature of the recipe. Different rack heights and types of pans do not seem to make much difference. Not sure if making it in smaller loaf pans not filled as full would allow the middle to finish quicker before the corners get overdone ? Sorry no good answer to your question but it still disappears quickly here too |
