New Mexico | by your definitions, there are exempt or special groups who pay no tax ( JUST like today, also enhanced by many special loops in the current tax code ).
A National Sales Tax on everything bought and sold is pretty simple.
But SOO simple as to include everyone, is tax not considered by most in the usa it seems as being " fair and equal."
Interesting how a few self admittedly good people say they do not believe in screwing over their nieghbors.
