....or better yet.......lets implement Cap & Trade..........and just transfer trillions of wealth to the now all of a sudden "green" 3rd world tinpot dictators.....who will surely pass it right along to the poor working class of that country..........
I'm sure Hugo Chavez doesnt have more than 100.00 in his checking account.......he, like all socialists live and sleep how their poor working class consitituents are doing........
