Who are you going to sell the hogs to??? I mean if Smithfield tries to lock up the slaughter and retail buyers....Can you outlast Smithfield if they own the meat counter space and you are offered 8cts/# for your hogs for the next year or so??? Selling bacon door to door or at the farmers market isn't as much fun as it sounds.
