Organic - I have in the past (high school and college) spent many times as a athlete and bar bouncer dealing with bullies it is my experiance that confronting them and exposing them for what they are work's better than just ignoring them. It's more work but if you just ignore them they will find differant people to bully. so for now I will expose as best I can.
