I "heard" a lot of talk in the Aug Sept time frame of changes going on. Summer rally didn't happen as expected and some were holding for it to liquidate and close up shop ----- liquidated anyway. -----heard of sow farms shutting down (from a semen supplier) but do they just change ownership? -----BIG order of lutilyse(sp)???



Some changes going on with some medium sized operations in western Ill and eastern Mo. Probably business as usual but under different management/owners???



FWIW Kill stats week to date from last week approx 92% from last year 90% Weather related?? Year to date approx 2.9% How did first and second quarter of year compare to recent? Only problem with looking at those % is that demand is more the determining factor at this time. And Russia is refusing imports from more plants according info I got today!
