| it's obvious many who read this board are easily impressed with lengthy dissertations that meander & drift across numerous subject lines and but offer very little poignant grains/futures market material............or the posts that scream "neediness" by some wishing to obtain instant Guru status with constant delusional guesses, claims of future market outcomes...etc
farmer's need to know their local selling area's historical basis levels, and to a lesser degree with today's grain markets the historical seasonal tendencies. subscribe to a respected advisory service that offers up to date world fundamentals, market technicals...etc then if they don't already have a grasp on marketing tools offered by the CBOT and/or their local grain merchants, they need to educate themselves of such. join a local marketing club if available, the internet is loaded with tons of information concerning futures, options, spreads....etc.....perhaps find a trustworthy neighbor with whom you can go over thoughts, ideas, opinions to help further ones knowledge of these tools.
but the last place anyone needs to be looking for pertinent grain marketing, CBOT, S & P, PMs, Energies advice is from a internet chat room. | |
