Quebec, Canada | Support is a paid feature? I would understand if on-site support had a charge, or maybe for for 24/7 support, but I would have thought that basic support over phone or email would be included with most products…
Have you tried calling FieldView support about the connection issue? I’m not sure how helpful they could be if the issue is on DroneDeploy’s end, but at the very least they can get a support ticket started and we can look at the link on our end. | |
