I plan on replacing all of those braided lines. If that doesn't fix the issue I'm going to come up with a way to pull fuel from a secondary source. This is a little more involved in this case than just extending the fuel line to a bucket/can of fuel. The problem doesn't show up unless in gear and moving down the road. It will idle and rev all day long in neutral.
