| Cleared out of the Febs a couple of weeks ago....remain long April...& friendly at least thru august....in addition am & have been working on two complex models; one measuring potential impact of Canada over next year & potential demand in those countries where water is a scarce resource & as we will most likely experience a couple of currency cycles over the next months & the next deals with the concentration changes in the industry & is particularly time consuming as approaching numbers backwards on a county by county basis to try to confirm farther liquidation as the lighter sow kill these past months just might be misleading and a bear trap for down the road...still studying that data in that regard. Noticed that in 2008, in a couple of regions, the population of operators with less than 50 sows actually increased. | |
