Wisconsin | listen to 4wd, replace the rubber fuel line, and the primer pump. Then see how it runs. If it doesn't improve, then think about running it off a temporary tank, or using a clear hose to check for air bubbles, or eliminating filters.
When you replace the fuel line, check that the tank will siphon fuel out at the rate it should based on the height and length of hose. Compare to a can of diesel with the same length of hose and the same height if in doubt.
