Not trying to sell you on anything, but I have written some contracts for next year on 2009 corn to be deliveried where Cargill has a progarm using the average price from Jan 4 to June 23th. 

They even have one for some of my 2010 corn called PacerPro Ultra, PacerPro.  They have it for corn or beans. Uses the close each day from Jan 4 to June 30. 

Maybe the man would want to do that with his share of the grain. ??
