| Unless you are really good at marketing and hedging, you could open yourself up to a real butt whooping there, especially with the volatility in today's markets. You're already using six months, why not make it a yearly average? Why not index it off of market prices received? Heck, why not open up the books and just split the profit(makes it much similar to a share rent arrangement).
