High Springs, Florida | I start out with a can of tomato sauce, a few cans of tomato paste. Dump in a can of red kidney beans, a can of black beans. Use a Carol Shelby's seasoning pack. Add some pre cooked ground chuck. I then let it cook for a few hours then taste it. Then add more seasonings and/or veggies to taste, depending on the mood I'm in.
