| Investors will control where the money goes in, stays in, or comes out--this is why we need to be weary.
Take puff33m for example, inteligent investor, has made good money and could stand to lose some, but has an uneasy feeling about the current situation so he pulls money out of the "market" and put it into cash(just saying as an example). Is he wrong--maybe, maybe not point is he sees risk outwaying the potential reward so he reduces risk. Mostly a psyhcological decision more so than facts/figures/fed investment/QE/etc.
My take is there are many seeing the risk to be far greater than the potential return and thus they will fold their hand and take their chips off the table, regardless of their hand. eventually if there is only one player left at the table, the ones that left are right by default. Markets dont make sense. | |
